Upgrade the rectangular style boxes on the rear toolboxes to 1/4 round toolboxes.
Bolts on and is used to hold an umbrella on the end. It extends out with tabs to lay your leads in.
Locking lid to help keep leads wells secure. Uses a compression style latch.
Sits in between the rear toolboxes. Approx 5 1/2" deep.
1/4" Round rod on top of your O2 rack to help keep things in place.
Made to hold your ice chest on top of your O2 rack. Bolts down to O2 rack.
Made to hold a water cooler. Bolts down on O2 rack.
B&W Gooseneck ball integrated into the bed. Can be placed close to the axle or 10" from the rear to allow more clearance from your machine and still be able to use the B&W flatbed companion 5th wheel hitch.
Dividers placed in the rear toolboxes to allow for more organization. Can include torch top holders, long and short barrel holders, rod canister holders, and pipes to mount beveling machines on as well as sectioning of the toolbox for tools.
3" angle iron inset into the rear of the bed. With this option you will normally want to shorten your rear toolboxes.
Wilton 6" vise. Can be mounted directly to the bed if you shorten a toolbox, or can be mounted to a plate and 2" tubing to use in conjunction with the Receiver Tube Inset option.
Pipe fenders that are an upgrade to the standard trailer fenders.
Receiver tubes inset into the rear tailboard. Can be use to mount a vise, roll out wheel, BBQ grill, cutting table etc.
Round rod mounts that will hold a jackstand. Normally mounted to a plate and bolts down to the bed.
Plate mounted to the O2 rack which sticks out over the top of the bottle necks to allow for a Tidweld reel to be mounted on it. Normally an O2/Acet reel.
Tidweld O2/Acet reel with 150' of 3/16" twin hose.
Tidweld Stinger reel. No cable included. Will hold 140' of 2/0 or 155' of 1/0 cable. 600 amp rated.
Tidweld Rheostat Reel with 3 conductor cord.
Tidlweld rheostat reel with 4 conductor cord.
Remove your factory installed backup camera and install it into your welding bed.
Remove your factory installed parking backup sensors (NOT BLIS) and install them into your welding bed.
Sandblast bed.
Undercoat the bottom side of the bed after blasting to help prevent rust.
Primer bed after blasting to protect from rusting. Required with paint process or can be chosen as a finishing option. (Note: if primer is chosen as a finishing option, no body work is done to the bed.
Paint the bed a single color using PPG Defleet Essential paint. This includes body work to fix imperfections.
Paint the bed a single color using PPG DBC paint in a base coat / clear coat system. this includes body work to fix imperfections. Some colors or tri-coat paint systems may be higher.
Reflex bedliner applied to the floor of the bed and a 1" lip down to help protect your investment. This includes accessories on top of the bed to include the O2 rack, hoosier pole, jackstand rods, water cooler holder, and ice chest holder.
Reflex bedliner applied to the running boards as well as the fenders to help protect your investment.
Fuel filler neck and cap. Mandatory if your truck has a spring loaded filler from the factory.
Saturday Install. Must be pre-arranged.
Sunday or Holiday install. Must be pre-arranged.
